HMS Hawkwing

H.M.S. Hawkwing is the latest addition in our Command Coins of the Honorverse Series. Made from high quality heavy brass material, beautiful enamel coloring, with an antiqued gold finished, sized at 2" and numbered to 350 in keeping with our Command Coin Series. We continue the tradition begun with H.M.S. Nike and have a 3D casting on BOTH sides of this coin!

On the obverse appears the crest of the H.M.S. Hawkwing. Rendered in high detail 3D casting highlighting the details of wings and ship alike. Encircling are the red and green bands that represent the Fleets of the RMN. The two stars representing the binary system of Manticore. Appearing on the lower edge is the motto "Not for Self, But Kingdom." The coin is banded in a carved rope edging in the RMN tradition.
The reverse of the coin features a stunning 3D image of the Hawkwing against a space black enameled background, Manticore is denoted by the large six point star all contained within the pentagon of the RMN.
