HMS Fearless CA-286 Challenge Coin

Welcome the the second coin in the Honor Harrington Command coin series!

Our H.M.S. Fearless CA-286 coin is made from high quality heavy brass material, antiqued gold finished and numbered to 350.

On the obverse appears the crest of RMN CA-286 with the Manticore in profile with a Basilisk back to back, Janus style. This represents the show of unity surrounding the Basilisk events. The red and green Fleets are represented by dual rings that encircle the whole. Appearing on the lower edge is the motto "In Peace, Vigilant. In War, Fearless."
The two stars to either side represent the binary system of Manticore and the the coin is banded in a carved rope edging in the RMN tradition. 

The reverse of the coin features a 3D relief image of Fearless CA-286 against a space black enameled background. Manticore is denoted by the large six point star all contained within the pentagon of the RMN.

This coin is envisioned as the coin that Honor would have bestowed to others.
